Amy’s passion is driving digital transformation and building businesses. She is known as a powerhouse in the legal industry for her role in providing plaintiffs and defense firms modern medical litigation support and helping create the best possible outcomes for their clients.  She is the CEO of Realize-365, where she is overseeing the launch of AI technology which creates analytical solutions, optimizing outcomes for any organization navigating vast amounts of data.

Prior to her business career, she worked as a registered nurse in intensive care, cardiac surgery and transplant surgery at NYU Medical Center, University of Michigan Medical Center and Advocate Lutheran General Hospital
