Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Product Manager to join our dynamic team at Realize 365. As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and enhancement of our AI-driven healthcare platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and customer support, to ensure the successful delivery of a product that meets the needs of our users and aligns with our business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy: Develop and execute the product strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market demands.
• Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, user needs, and competitive landscapes.
• Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of user needs and business objectives.
• Roadmap Planning: Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the product’s vision, features, and timelines.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and customer support teams to drive the product development process.
• User Experience: Advocate for a user-centric approach, ensuring that the product meets high standards of usability and customer satisfaction.
• Release Management: Oversee product releases, including feature prioritization, testing, and coordination with relevant teams.
• Performance Monitoring: Analyze key product metrics, gather user feedback, and iterate on the product to enhance its performance and user experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the healthcare or AI industry.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly language.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
